SEC Votes To Release Interp Guidance On Use of Corp Websites

At its open commision meeting earlier today (July 30), the SEC voted to issue guidance in an Interpretive Release on the use of company websites for disclosures to investors. As noted in SEC's press release, "The interpretive release will be effective upon its publication in the Federal Register."
